Starting in 2004, Cedral gradually shifted and became Cedral Homes, a Residential Developer that specializes in vacation homes, having successfully developed and delivered three residential communities in Cozumel Island : Chan Nahil Casitas, Chan Nahil Palmas and Chan Nahil Acqua. Cedral Homes is currently executing several Residential Developments simultaneously and will shortly expand its developments to Tulum, Quintana Roo, where interesting home investment opportunities will shortly be made available to our customers at affordable prices. Customers that purchase our homes receive a solid return of their investment ; income potential through vacation rental and an exceptional value in the re-sell aftermarket. During its 8 years of un-interrupted practice, Cedral has completed over 83 projects for private clients and corporations in Cozumel, Cancun and the Riviera Maya coastal area. Our clients are valued collaborators in shaping projects and determining design direction. Our approach is to synthesize from client-architect interactive analysis and then deliver unique spaces that incorporate both aesthetics and functionality with the highest quality standard at a reasonable price.
