What is a Cedral pre-designed home ? We have pre-designed beautiful floor plans that you can choose from our Home Catalog. These comes are specifically for Cozumel and consider our Architecural staff's experience in residential design and construction accumulated in the past 6 years. They range in size from 400 to .3,200 sq.ft. Our home plans are issued as a full set of Construction documents which include a set of scaled drawings (architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, exterior construction & landscaping) and specifications. If located within one of our Residential developments, our homes are marketed for a price that includes home & land.
What if I am in the process of purshasing land ? We provide assistance to our Clients to select the land of their choice and by their own means through established Realtors' listings. We offer our expert developer's insight as well as our legal and environmental consulting. We also provide you with generic costs that will allow you to estimate your invesment comprising both land purchase and construction of any of our predesigned homes. We have Base Price for any of our homes to be built in land supplied by you. This Price needs to be adjusted according to each Owner's land, thus a site inspection is required to be performed by our Staff in order to assess on-site conditions and ratify Base Price. Ask our staff for an appointment to visit your land, or even better, ask our staff to perform this assessment before you buy land, and find out if pros and cons of land you are being offered.
What if I already own the land ? We can build any of our pre-designed homes in your lot. Pre-designed Homes are simple to develop into homes ; through meetings with our Staff, you can tailor components and available options. These meetings are normally conducted in our showroom and may involve a site visit as well. The existing components of a pre-designed home can be upgraded and new components can be incorporated as Add-ons as required by you. Prior to bidding our construction price, Cedral requires to survey your property and conduct a constructibility analysis to determine your lot's present conditions (flooding level, proximity to power, water and sewage, environmental impact requirement, construction restrictions if any, etc.) After conducting the above listed items, Cedral will produce a Construction Bid to suit your final space and budget requirements.
What if I don't like any of the available pre-designed homes ? Cedral is a fully implemented Architectural Firm with in-house architectural staff capable of delivering ONE-OF-A-KIND designs to suit the most demanding Customer's specific architectural program. Those services are granted under a design services agreement. Contact
