Cedral´s Turn Key approach custom design, construction and delivery process

DESIGN

Design process consists of the following activities ; 

1. Owner provides Schematic Concept in writing (we refer to it as "Wish list") 

2. Cedral develops conceptual drawings 

3. Concept is reviewed through meetings. Owner requests adjustments 

4. Concept is adjusted by Cedral as required by Owner and until Owner approval

5. Cedral develops and delivers Proposal, which includes a full set of Construction Documents as outlined below:

• Architectural design drawings
• Structural design drawings
• Systems design drawings (electrical, mechanical, AC, etc.)
• Component specifications
• Construction Bid
• Billing projections and construction schedule
• Design services are deemed as completed upon meeting with Owner to discuss the Proposal and making final revisions to the Proposal (if any) requested by Owner.  

Design services are executed under standard contract form for Design Services (Preliminary Agreement for Design-Build Services) as issued by DBIA (Design Build Institute of America) Form is available for your review upon request.  

CONSTRUCTION

Upon the issued and approved Construction Documents, Cedral will deliver your Home under a Fixed Price Contract (also known as Lump Sum Contract )

Construction is executed under standard contract form Agreement for Design-Build Services - Lump Sum as issued by DBIA (Design Build Institute of America) Form is available for your review upon request.

If required by Owner, we will also consider any internationally accepted design and construction services contract  (such as AIA - American Institute of Architects contract forms)
