Cedral's first Cozumel project consists of the design and construction of a marina in Downtown Cozumel that serves as home to the  AquaWorld fleet. 

It also serves as embarkation point for several other dive shops, and in the short future will serve as a ferry terminal for passenger transportation to the mainland
